First updated in a while: In December i found a new regular top who is poz and off meds for 7 years. Ive taken his load on 4 occasions so far and haven’t tested since. So far no obvious flu although i did have a very unusually sore throat for around week and a half in January. Meeting him again early next month and will post updates xx

you might wait 15 more days to test
then take all your decisions; I'd not recommend to stay off meds, it is dangerous. But life is yours!

Don't let it progress too long. Some months won't make the difference (then it depends on the strain, I suppose); but I'd NEVER suggest to go through AIDS. It's not fun, then. Good luck and keep me/us posted
