Short answer: No, it's not something you should be concerned about! Long answer: First, the other guy is on PrEP, which means that even if he were fucking someone with a viral load, he'd be OK. Second, the studies that proved that undetectable=untransmissable didn't test people every day or week, so those statistics included the risk of viral blips - and the conclusion was that U=U even if the partner was not using protection. Third, @norefusal is right - you are already doing everything that you should be, and a mild fever is a common symptom of just about any virus that produces symptoms at all. -

From the rest of the comments, it seems they are two different people. If you look closely, it is clear that the two body hair patterns are different also, which seems unlikely to be an AI artifact (yet). -

If you are logged out, the tool ribbon at the top (of the scrollable part) of the screen will start with "Existing user? sign in". If that is the case, the dropdown from there will have a link for "Forgotten password" which you can use to reset your password. I'd recommend visiting the site with a different from usual browser for this process, as then you will not have to log out your current browser to do it (and thereby risk losing access).

Inconsistent use in the exact way you described would be likely to provide some protection (although no one knows how much, because it would be unethical to do a controlled study of that). But honestly, even without any PrEP at all, what you describe sounds fairly low risk. It's a single encounter with you as the top, so your chances of getting HIV would be less than 1 in 100 even if the other guy were poz and not on meds - which itself is quite unlikely. Yes, your result from May is very likely to be accurate. -
YMMV in WV. Things (and people) are spread very thin there, with lots of mountains in between. When I lived there I used to get about 3-5 loads a year, if that. And had to drive out of the state to get some of those.

With daily PrEP dosing, the side effects often lessen or disappear after taking it regularly for 2-4 weeks, as your body adjusts to it. Descovy is reported to have fewer side effects. If you don't take it consistently, it is possible to seroconvert, and this is a bad idea because that can result in the virus becoming resistant to the drugs in PrEP. It is better to use the "on demand" dosing described by @Pozzible, or to use the new bimonthly injectable PrEP. @Pozzible's explanation of "on demand" PrEP (2-1-1) is exactly right. The first dose must be taken between 2 and 24 hours before sex, and the other 2 doses at 24 hour intervals after that. -

I agree with @YVRbugchaser that there's a lot of "size inflation" going on. It's so bad, in fact, that I do it (gently) myself because I finally realized that people were expecting me to be smaller (based on "large") than I actually am (which is substantially above average). Personally, I have enjoyed dicks of all sizes. The ones I haven't enjoyed are generally ones that won't get/stay hard (disappointing) or won't cum (also disappointing) or that are attached to people with a lot of attitude or other offputting characteristics.
