I was 7, maybe 8, I was a typical latchkey kid getting into everything before my parents got home from work. @nastysubbbbottom, I would think that every poz person out there is a testament to how real the risk is. II skirted it for 42 years, even thought I must be immune. Who knows, you may never get it but I'd be willing to bet you just haven't been exposed under the right circumstances. -
Ok. This guy I met online is trying to talk me into going to a recharge party. I did. 1980 just before my 17th birthday and with the use of a borrowed drivers license, a friend introduced me to a bath house in the LosAngeles area. I was hooked. I've read so many answers to this question, that there isn't really one definitive answer. What works for me may not work for you. There's some that will fast a full day prior, followed by several rounds with a deep cleaning enema bag. Others barely rinse and feel that's good enough. If you have a hand held shower you can unscrew the head and use the hose (turn the pressure down of course) or you can go to walmart and pick up a disposable douche. It's what ever you're comfortable with. One thing that helps immensely, is learning how to interpret your body's digestive cycle as well as those little signals your body gives.
