Orange juice and sports drinks to replace all the fluids i lost. Its a long bank holiday to do the dark Lords work

try Pedialyte (powder) instead of sports drinks - less sugar - and just as good! 😉

My clinical dietitian sister recommends Gatorade or similar, cut 50/50 with water. I lived on it for a couple of weeks when I had a super nasty gastrointestinal bug. The water dilutes the sugar as well as the solids in Gatorade that might trigger trips to the porcelain.
