I was on Atripla for 5 years. It worked well for awhile, but then I started having insomnia and irregular sleep. It also made anxiety and depression worse, and I began having palpitations on it. It depends. But in my experience, Bbrts is hands down the best, and most reliable if you aren't too picky.
