Once I am up and running again I am considering getting my Dick (see attached pic) pierced.
What would look best do you think between a PA or a Jacob's Ladder, considering the overall structure of my Dick?
Maybe bottoms could impart their experience(s) on how the piercings feel as they get fucked.

Yes, I am leaning more towards the idea of a Jacob's ladder. There is the added feature I suppose that it is a much less common piercing to see, but the reason for thinking that might be the better option is for the fact it goes all the way up and down the shaft, thus the bilateral balls on either side of each barbell could well stimulate extra sensation in the cunt of the pig I am fucking. 🐽
