Once I am up and running again I am considering getting my Dick (see attached pic) pierced.
What would look best do you think between a PA or a Jacob's Ladder, considering the overall structure of my Dick?
Maybe bottoms could impart their experience(s) on how the piercings feel as they get fucked.

Thanks for all the votes via comments guys. Haven't totted up the totals in the comments section, so am just going by the votes done via the emoji reactions, so it looks like Jacob's Ladder is winning 5 votes to 3 over a PA. I do think a Jacob's Ladder could be a lot of FUN considering the length of my Dick, but then, maybe a PA ... decisions decisions.
Has any pig out there experienced getting fucked with either, and what is your experience in regards to the sensation of either of the aforementioned piercings?
