I think the places where PrEP is available, bareback is widespread. I lived the transition in my city from no PrEP available to PrEP and guys that before used condoms stopped using them. We stopped asking about if you had condoms. I used condoms because of the fear of HIV. After I got into PrEP I felt liberated, finally I could seed as many guys as I wanted. It's interesting to see my evolution over the years from level 2 to level 6.
