Trader Joes has a good Psyllium as well, cheaper than Amazon and easier to get for me, tablespoon in a smoothie in the AM seems to work much better than the pill supplements. As earlier posts state, makes clean up easy.

Just be careful parking in garage south of Steamworks, our car was broken into. Cop that came to investigate told us not a safe garage to park in. Walk a little further and park on surface lot across from Little Jims, or parking garage that is part of police station. No fun driving home without a window in freezing temperatures...
