I think everybody does automatically. if you have STI's and not being tested yet, have no symptoms, we all continue barebacking and spread it around. not on purpose but it just happens. especially as bottom you won't notice it always -
It can be a side effect of prep that your kidney function works less well, but they test your kidney function every 3 months with al the other test (HIV/STD). would not worry about it too much, it's not very common that it happens.
