If I were 18 again I would become an expensive escort. I'd like to have my 45 year old brain and business sense though. Certainly through my late teens to my late twenties, I'd have been getting paid money for doing what I most enjoyed doing.

Something else I've considered is a gay nudist hotel or Bed & Breakfast. The U.K. isn't warm enough to make outdoor nudist camps a year round option. Running a business is still WORK, but it might as well be a business that you enjoy :)

I agree with both of these points. I didn't start barebacking until I was 23, even though I have done some escort work in the past, I could have done a lot, lot more if I had started younger.

I think a gay-nudist hotel/B+B would work in the UK. You'd have to rely on regular clients and hope that word of mouth would generate bookings and it's not like Gran Canaria where you can have outdoor play-areas and a pool - but there are still a few months of the year where it's possible.

I would have regular, weekly if possible, parties. I would look for a property with a cellar or suitable room for a really authentic play area. People would come to the hotel knowing that they come there for a shared experience, to participate, not lock themselves away in their rooms. I'd have a daily pass for visitors too so that people can use the facilities but not feel obliged to stay the night. I'd also recruit the hottest staff I could!

Eversince internet, all hookup places are out-dated.

Sadly, I think you're right. I've dreamt about running a bathhouse. But I've watched the steady decline of my local baths, and I simply don't see it as viable.

I've thought about opening a clothing optional resort for piggy QUEER men...would call it "The Sty" and have specific play areas using hanky codes.  Cost in the biggest concern, but even if I hit a huge lottery, I'd need trusted staff because I'd be too busy playing to run the business.

I run a successful small business but would not consider a gay venture , Queens are far too fickle (I’ve watched bitter guys leaving horrible , underserved reviews for my local sauna)

I’ve thought about it many times. I’d love to run a bookstore with booths or a sauna. We’ve talked about turning the family farm into a gay clothing optional campground and spa. But, it’s all talk because if we did it it would be work and no longer the fantasy

I've been thinking of renting another apartment and renting my whole current apartment

I would love to have a local apartment for fucking. Guys would contribute to a fund for rent and could use it whenever they wanted.  All bareback and anyone could join in so potential for groups and 3 ways all the time.

Every time I'm in an adult business, I always thing of ways I could make it better, and thinking about opening my own is one of my favorite ways to fall asleep. (Some people count sheep; I design adult bookstores. I think my way to fall asleep is more fun, unless you're into farm animals of course. I won't judge...)  I have plans in my head for bars, B&B's, bookstores, erotic statue gardens, plus designs for improved fetish gear.  After I retire, I might work on some of my ideas, or I might just apply to be the "creepy guy behind the counter" at an ABS.

The problem is other businesses don’t want you around, organized crime might pay you a visit, you’d constantly have to police the premises to make certain you aren’t having drug transactions going down, etc.  it’s surprising any of the businesses are going concerns.
