I actually experienced this first hand. There really is no 'second hole'.  It is just how extreme the curvature is at the end.

Some can easily take something longer, some cannot.  Something soft like a liquid silicon LONG dildo can usually snake up to, around, and further in as opposed to something stiffer and NO flexibility.

You just have to try what feels best and proceed, slowly, from there.
