To the best of my knowledge there is no second sphincter or valve at the interior end of the rectum. It's a myth. The average human rectum is less than 5 inches long, so large cocks and dildoes can push beyond it into the sigmod colon. I'm not aware of a valve at the junction of the rectum and the sigmoid colon, but there may be one. The idea that pushing into the sigmoid colon can render a bottom impotent is just fantasy. Houston's valves (aka. transverse folds) are a few prominent folds/flaps in the rectal wall. If you have some experience with anal sex, I've found they're usually easy to navigate around and sometimes not noticeable. The other thing is the recto-sigmoid junction (i.e. the bit where the rectum takes a turn and becomes the colon), which is usually a lot more noticeable. You can still overcome it, which I believe temporarily rearranges your guts into less of a sharp turn and more of a straight line. So, in my opinion, there isn't a second sphincter.
