(I realize this is a very old request by now, but it seems no one ever answered, and the need for a night like the one you are seeking never ends...)

I'm very confident that the hotel being referenced is the Cheshire Motor Inn on Cheshire Bridge Road. (There are probably plenty of references to it on the Atlanta subsection of the Regional Hookup Forums.) I don't think it's quite as nasty and notorious as it used to be -- the area has gentrified, and some of the cruising parking lots nearby are now townhouses -- but the motel remains. If you were to plan a night there which did not turn into a wild time, it's just down the street from the local host of the CumUnion party and other sleazy options. 

I would recommend, however, option for the Red Roof Inn Buckhead on N. Druid Hills Rd. 😈
