hey, was in pattaya early last year. yes, there r bars where the boys dance in tight shorts - be careful as some of them are minors....

you can just walk the gay area and visit the pubs and you should also find boys there. 

you pay the bar owner some 300 baht to release the boy and pay the boy from 500 baht to some 1500 baht. 

they try to stay with you for several days and will ask you to buy them jeans, shoes or similar - just be careful.... it is better to send them home after your session or after breakfast and meet them again the next evening if u like.

 

most are into safe though

The best is to meet moneyboys on Facebook.
