They go from cheap to very expensive. Can't think of a brand or model at the moment. But make sure you get one that allows you to let some air (pressure) out when it becomes too painful. You can then increase the pressure again when you're comfortable continuing.

I used to have one but somehow lost it. Didn't use it often. Certainly when you are uncut the foreskin tends to become deformed quickly.
