Over the years I have read over many of your posts and stories. Hey man, congrats on planning your first gangbang. I'll try to give you the best advice I can based on my experiences hosting gangbangs (I've hosted 3- one in NYC, one in Chicago and one in Philly). The NYC one only had 5 guys show up, even though 51 responded to come on BBRT (NYC guys seem to be notoriously unreliable and flaky in addition to having hookup ADD). My Chicago gangbang had 12 guys out of 40 responders show and the Philly one was the most successful- 18 out of 41 guys showed. All were done in big hotels in the city and each one was a hot time.

How you want to set up the atmosphere of the room is up to you. In NY, I didn't do anything special. In Chicago, it was more of a dark room and I did it up in Philly a little bit- put on some electronic music, even put out beer bottles for the guys, which they seemed to appreciate when they were taking a break from fucking me.

Big busy hotels seem to work well for this type of scene because guys coming and going won't raise any eyebrows from the staff. It's important to be sure that the hotel doesn't require a keycard to go up the elevator, otherwise you'll have an issue there. Controlling the flow of guys is hard. You probably want a group of guys taking turns on your hole (that's the best) but you don't want an overcrowded room full of guys. I did this part wrong in NYC and Chicago- I told guys to come between 7 and midnight, so guys were just showing up sporadically. I got it right in Philly- I told guys that they can come as early as 8, but ideally if you want to be part of a group, come between 9 and 10, even as late as 11. I had 12 guys in the room between 9 and 10 all taking turns banging me out.

As far as lighting goes, I'd say keep one or two lamps on but don't have the room either too dark or too lit up. Porn is up to you also, but I am not a fan of it in scenarios like this because I feel like it's a distractor. I want guys to be into the gangbang, not what's going on on a TV or computer screen.

I checked out your BBRT profile (hot by the way) and I noticed you're doing this gangbang in Sydney. You really don't need a biggest, baddest dildo to prep your hole. A technique I use (learned from porn stars that specialize in anal) is that after you douche, use a reasonably sized buttplug to stretch yourself out. Put some lube up your hole, insert the buttplug and leave it there right up until you're ready to take your first dick up your ass. 15-30 minutes should be the minimum that you have it in you. Congrats on hosting your first gangbang! All of the other posts are right on with regard to porn, lighting etc. I travel an average of 3 weeks per month and host gangbangs through BBRT in my hotel rooms when I can.

+The previous comment about needing a key to access the room or floor is HUGE! The first time I (attempted) to host one of these wa in downtown Denver and the key access thing blew up the party entirely.
