I mainly wrote about the Yohimbine HCL because of my crazy experience with it. However I've worked as a pharmacy technician for over 17 years and have a private side practice for natural medicine/vita nutrients/mineral supps. I just can't stress enough though that you please don't buy any of the mixed up supplements you find at the gas station or even health food stores that are specifically for this purpose and claim to be like Viagra or whatever because most of them don't work. I'd rather you do your homework on natural alternatives, get opinions from those who used different herbs or supps and see what works for you. It's much healthier to walk in a vitamin Shoppe or gnc or drug store and pick up a vitamin/mineral/herb than to try those mix matched blends. Not only do they not work they can be dangerous because like the weight loss industry for marketing pills...you never know what you're Really taking! But yeah, try the zinc. Great suggestion arseboy

I'm about to leave town till next Tuesday with family for Christmas, so based on Chaser's comments and the fact I won't even be using as a workout/energy supp for 4-5 days, I'm going to hold off to take it till I get back. Most likely takes a few days to get in the system, but don't really need my libido on overdrive while I'm home with the family and not even working out. Pretty horny to put it into effect going into 2017 though. I will definitely report back after I've taken a few doses

You should know changes within an hour of taking it. Don't get discouraged if you don't though since I'm assuming your taking my advice and starting low to see how you feel comfortable but sometimes even on the first day at a low dose while it may not seem obvious that it's working it actually is and just needs a lil push. If after an hour you feel nothing then turn on some porn to get you going and you should notice a difference in your alone time. Btw if you choose to increase dose the best way, even if you don't feel anything different on your starting dose is to still take the same dose for about 3days, then if you choose increase slightly and see how you react. If not happy with it increase again after having stayed on the dose at least three days. Basically tapering up like with a prescription med. But the isn't considered an herb and doesn't act like one. It's derived from certain tree barks that contain the specific stand of Yohimbine. Definitely keep us posted. Can't wait to hear about the fun your having. Also like I mentioned proper diet and exercise are a big factor just in general and do seem to increase its affects. Good luck and enjoy.

I took it before my morning workout without any noticeable effects. I knew I wanted to play last night since it had been 5 days, so I took another when I got home from work. I've also needed viagra for the full 20 years it's been out so took that too and hopped on bbrt and started stroking while I browsed. I'm sort of using them as a workout supplement like chaserbtm did, but to also see any sexual side effects. I tried taking 1 before workouts, and I did break 2 different records of my own in the gym BUT I was already right on the verge anyway and kind of psyched up to do it regardless - maybe this helped, even if just mentally. I then tried 2 a day right before the end of the year, before morning workout and after work. I had sex everyday between Xmas and New Year's, so seems like it was pretty effective at 2 per day, spread out. Not to be a downer, but my New Year's Resolution (one anyway) is to cut back on the sex "some". I've never really been an addictive person, but the past 4-6 months I was pretty much of a sex addict I'd say, and wanted to see if I could reverse that a little (not stop!!). So this past week I've been taking them before workouts, but with a different mentality. I took one pill twice and two pills twice this week. The mornings I took two at a time, I felt really nausious during my workouts, almost felt like I would pass out/vomit. So I don't think 2 at a time is good for me - at least for now. But a few days ago is when I broke my own record for dumbell presses and squats. I actually have not had any sex for 6 days now (longest I've gone in several months) even while taking the pills. I have jacked off quite a bit this week though (I save my cum in the freezer, don't waste it!). So bottom line is I'm not sure if they're really raising my sex drive or not just yet. Week before last I was horny and fucking 24/7 taking 2 per day spread out, but I was already kind of like that before. WRT to exercise, I think weightlifting boosts my testosterone and hence my desire to fuck and my hardons. Cardio, especially longer distance higher intensity (e.g. running for 30 minutes+) on the other hand, seems to boost the size of my loads for some reason.
