The only thing I can add here is that my doctor says that if you are on HIV meds, you can use Cialis, but the dosage needed is much lower because the combination of the two drugs makes the Cialis more potent. I have tried this and I believe it to be true. I certainly wouldn't combine Cialis and Viagra without consulting a medical professional. I have done poppers with Cialis, but as the others pointed out, I am very careful when I do.
