If you have never been fucked before then that's not a scenario I would go for, despite your fantasy. Even for experienced guys getting a DP, being fisted and stretched is a challenge. Why not just start getting some experience first? Plenty of time to go further once you're used to being fucked.

its a relitivly safe environment,ie other people around, you don’t want to be found dead in a cheap motel.

I'd advise you to go very carefully and slowly.  If there's one thing I've learned it's that some great fantasies are not so fun when enacted. For one thing, we all have physical limits - even those of us who've been having sex with men for years (for me, 43 years). Given your lack of experience, a Craigslist ad proposing the kind of scene you outlined wouldn't be a good idea. It would be physically painful, and I doubt you'd enjoy it.

As to the whole condom or not, that's not a decision to make when you've had little or no experience and certainly not while enacting the really rough fantasy you're proposing. Give yourself some time to figure out if you're really into being with men or if this is just something that gets you "pumped." As it stands (at least what you've stated in the post) you have very little real life experience with actual people to know that difference. And once contracted, there's no getting rid of HIV. Yes, it's treatable.  That doesn't mean living with it easy - there are lots of decisions that will be circumscribed by the need to maintain health insurance which isn't easy in this country or the current political environment.
