Thank you for the medical advise, but as i understand it by chatting with nullos, those who want to stay male would replace their natural testosterone with external sources. This is a long-held fantasy of mine going all the way back to my early teen years. I grew up on a farm and was well aware of what castration was by puberty.

I became aware of what a penectomy was as an adult and I find that significantly more appealing for several reasons.

One, I have an exceptionally small dick (under 3" erect) and have evolved to be a 100% NSA cock servant as a result.
