spunky58
I am no doctor, but how long have you had it, as long as stored cool and dry should be still fairly active, but do you want to take the risk. I would not!
BiAggieGuy
Over time medication does begin to lose effectiveness so while it may still work, it may not work as well. It's one thing to take an Advil or Aspirin after the use by date, but with PrEP, I'd just toss it and only take stuff that is still current.
chaser
Why not check with your doctor or your druggist.
Nullo-sub-N8
Why not just stop taking prep and take the gift that so many of us have already received. 2

PupLucca
Definitely, talk to your pharmacist and/or Doctor. But, since they "expired" in July of 2018 they should be fine. It's not like they are a year or two old
mort
When it comes to something like this if stored correctly 6 months is fine so use it up before new year

The reason people are on prep is because people do not want to get HIV. The gift is the realm of fetish and fantasy. HIV without medications leads to AIDS and to poor quality of life and eventually death. That is not a gift in real life. It's a curse.

And since you are on meds and a eunuch, there is no gift to give.
