Uploading profile pic.

After several attempts of uploading my profile pic, all I'm getting is a blank screen. I've tried jpeg and png formats. Suggestions?

And your file size is less than 0.5 megabytes?

What you can do is send the pic to yourself on WhatsApp and then save it from there and upload that version. I had trouble uploading mine as it was too big, sent it to myself on WhatsApp, saved it and that version uploaded fine.

There is an app called crusher that reduces images for you.

It keeps saying the file is too large. I've tried compressing them and cropping to the point it's not even worth posting. Any tips?

I had that initially when I tried, I found sending them to myself on WhatsApp, then saving them from WhatsApp to the phone allowed me to upload them correctly. It also got around the issue where it says a file is too large.
