Hi Guys 

The world of dating is full of confusion and I’m sure many of you would prefer less talk and more action ..

Here is a fun take on  decoding what is meant by the following relationship status on peoples profiles: 

Ask me - I don’t know  what  I want 

Single - yes but in a half way relationship 

Married/ Committed  - yes but my partner doesn’t know I’m messing around 

Open Relationship- I’m open but my partner wants monogamy 

Monogamous - he must be monogynous but I can mess around

I this this is funny, but accurate, especially the monogamous part. I think you forgot “it’s complicated” ( I’ve used that one).

I totally agree that there is always some "reading between the lines" that has to take place when previewing profiles. A couple I have different translations than you.

Ask me means that my partner thinks we're in a monogamous relationship and this needs to be on the DL
