So long as you are careful to reduce the risk of infection you will be fine. You really don't want a bladder infection. Wash or better still sterilize the sounds, for each sound use an alcohol wipe and the little packets of lube you get free in bars (slide the sound into the packet to coat it), lie on clean towels not dirty sheets, and dont go anywhere near your arsehole or anybody else's.
