Blood when fisting

Question for my fellow FF fans, especially those of you with years/decades of FF experience. How common is blood when being fisted/fisting? How much is too much? 

I had a polyp removed a couple of years back after douching one day and bleeding like a stuck pig as a result. A while later I had my first fisting experience (he got 8 fingers in me preacher-style, but no fist), and there was a fair amount of streaky blood on the towels, after which I was reassured is normal but I tend to panic at the sight of blood. Since then, my wife has been fisting me with relative frequency but we tend to end up stopping the session due to blood. I have a lot of experience playing with my hole,  I can handle big dicks and large toys, and with that experience I've learned that blood will occasionally appear in amounts that I have learned to be okay with, but this seems to be more frequent and in more volume than I'm used to.

 I will be getting a colonoscopy again soon to check on the polyp status, but I suppose what I want to know is, is there something I could be doing differently when taking a fist? Or do I just have to accept that blood is going to happen sometimes if I'm going to be shoving large objects up my cunt?

It shouldn't be surprising that your rectum breaks on penetration. It's strictly evolved to push things out of the body. Pushing things into it is abusive and bleeding here and there is a straightforward consequence.

If I don't train as I should for fisting, I will bleed a little as it's all part of putting big things in your ass. I’ve had polyps Removed. and Colonoscopy in the past.

I'm worried there's some damage I've caused inside because blood now appears every time I go past 9cm toys. There's always a bit more blood  than I'm comfortable with. It always stops after a while but seems to resume at the next max stretch. Then I usually stop or stick to smaller ones. There's sometimes some blood at the toiled the night of the session but mostly never the day after. And no other signs of internal discomfort, bloating or whatever.

It might just be lack of practice, my toy sessions aren't now as frequent as I'd like. The new ban on poppers in my country has dragged the euphoria level down a lot. I used to love sessions when I could just insert a toy once and progress to bigger and insert once and so on and so forth. Finally the Ass Servant just plopped inside! I've never had my hole examined internally by a doctor. Don't know of any polyps and such.

I’ve been curious about this as well. I’ve been able to take a fist for over a decade but it wasn’t really my thing but recently I’ve come to enjoy it a lot. I basically always bleed, usually it’s very little but if I get a couple of sessions back to back or various encounters where I’ve gotten fisted when I wasn’t  expecting it (crusing, gloryholes,etc) it’s quite a lot.

Not enough or wrong lube is probably the most common cause. I’ve always used JLube and I dump a lot of it deeper inside so there is some ahead of the tops’ fist as he goes deeper. 
 

I don’t know exactly how normal this is but after hundreds of FF sessions it’s certainly my normal.

I tend to use Crisco or other opaque lubes.  If I see pink I'll ask the bottom if he wants to continue.  If I see red we're done.

The first time I did fisting, I got a nice bloody surprise.

My pig buddy Jim had been watching some German porn (probably WurstFilm or something), and he showed me a fisting video. He asked me if I could do that. I had no experience or even knowledge of it, so I agreed to give it a go. He got on his bed, I covered my hand in Crisco like the guy in the video, and went to it. Jim opened up easily, and I just let instinct guide me. Unfortunately, he was drunk and high at the time, so the most I got was grunts and moans from him. And then silence except for his breathing.

I don't know how much time passed, but eventually my hand began to tire out. I asked him if that was enough, and I got no answer. When I checked on him (with my hand still inside), I observed that he had passed out completely. His breathing was fine as if he had gone to sleep. So I pulled my hand out. Covered in redness. I kinda wanted to beat off with it, but something told me not to do this. It freaked me out, so I went upstairs, and found his partner in the kitchen. I showed him the hand, and he passed me a bottle of Dawn dish soap. We checked on Jim after, and got him into bed for the night. 

A couple days later, I asked after him, and he said he was totally fine. And every time after that, he asked me to fist him again. 

Probably my lack of preparation and overdoing it led to the bleeding. I've got a lot better since then.

I was 19 when I took my first fist, and it did bleed a little. The more I trained, the bleeding stopped. I only bleed if it's a rough fisting or a large object in my hole.
