Have you tried eliminating gluten from your diet? Although I don't  have celiac disease, I've had both blood and antibody tests come back and tell me I'm gluten sensitive. I eliminated gluten from my diet and in about two months all my digestive issues that led to irregularity went away.

Did that for ten years it definitely reduced gas and bloating - like I said I usually fast/liquid diet in preparation but it is a good point. I have found that avoiding dairy, drinking lots of water and  not eating much red meat are good ways to prepare if you have a day or two

I’m 84, and I follow the routine of douching with a bulb douche to clear water when my hookup arrives. We then engage in foreplay for a half hour or 45 minutes. Then it’s time to douche again to clear water.

What happens after the first douche is that matter further up in your intestines drops down to replace what was removed in the first cleaning. The second cleanup takes care of that.

Fortunately I have a walk in shower to make the process easier. If I don’t use this process my top is going to get shit on his cock.

I’m also a fisting top and don’t like to see any shit around my hand, whether a bare or gloved hand. I recently had to teach a young man this technique when I saw shit around his hole during our session. After the second douche, he remained squeaky clean.

I’m not into scat, and neither are the tops that fuck me.

The other choice would be to fast the day before a hookup, but I believe this process is much easier than that.

i'm a critical care nurse in a hospital. i estimate that about 85% of my patients are in the hospital with diseases related to what we eat.  While a lot of the symptoms show up as we age, they are often the result of a lifetime. The good news is, the body is very resilient and, given the opportunity, can heal itself.  A lot of what is being discussed in this thread is related to diet.  This is a great evidence based resource for any who may be interested.
