this is one of those things i struggle with.

i used to go religiously when younger but once i hit middle age i started slacking off. now it's similar to eating healthy or partying in moderation: im constantly trying to get back into routine but no sooner do i start i relapse and go off on a binge/bender.

my last set back was when i moved and had to adjust to a new gym. well, today is my 1 year anniversary of paying for a new gym i've never gone to lol the whole "moving is time consuming" excuse is officially a joke now.

i literally need cher to bitch slap me so i can snap otta it 😜

The hardest part is getting into the routine, after that initial phase it's part of you

I’ve started again.  Since Jan 1, i go 6 days a week.  2.5 hours.  M/W/F an hour spin, T/Th/Sat an hour aerobics.  Each day followed an hour on the treadmill.

Have you considered doing resistance training i.e. weight training? Many studies including my cardiologist indicated that combining light/medium weight training with cardio exercises yield best results in terms of improvement of heart health.

Going to the gym is the last choice for a workout.  Id rather to get running or riding on the roads and trails.  Makes finding musky cocks and bottoms fun.

Hey yes at least 3 times per week workout at the gym, 2 hours each session, plus cycling 12.5 km per day.  It feels like a really great addiction and improves stamina and overall wellbeing

I’ll always be beefy.  Never slender.  And I love my body!

I try to hit the gym or work out at least 3 days a week.  But I’m not gonna skip the cookies.  I call myself huscular. 😈

I usually get there 4-5 days a week. I can’t tell you which group is most religious about gym attendance, but most of the guys I see at my gym every day would probably identify as straight. (At least most of the guys I hooked up with at my old gym swore they were straight as they ate and fucked my ass.)

My other half and I used to go to a gym over on Lincoln Ave, and we both got marginally better physiques out of it.  Shortly after joining, that gym moved to Steamworks though, and we continued to go, but for some reason the physiques didn't continue to improve. 😂

i met my ex husband when he cruised me in the steam room at the YMCA.

afterward, when people asked, he liked to quip "we met at the gym... and neither one of us have stepped foot inside one since!" 😜
