Yes, it happens. Especially in cases of a more or less spontaneous fuck such as a rest area, park, or cruising spot. I carry a small pack of "wet wipes" for such situations. It’s happened to me occasionally, of course. What I’ve learned is that how the top reacts makes a big difference to pleasure and self-esteem. It’s probably happened many times I care not to recall but I do remember a time with two young guys in my hotel room in Santiago, Chile, the guy just stopped and we dealt with it with no fuss and reassurance and we all started again. As a top, I'll tell you it happens a fair amount:  Moreso if the guy isn't super-experienced, less if they're a whore 🙂  Last happened to me about a month ago.  I can usually smell it before I even pull out.  It's obviously unpleasant but by that point I figure I might as well finish.  If I pull out immediately, I'll be dirty and have blue balls.  If I can keep going I'll still be dirty, but I'll at least have drained my balls.   I will try to hurry up a bit if I know it's happening, though.

It’s such a common issue- I never had any issues when I was younger but now that I’m older I take prepping seriously and won’t usually take a chance unless I know I’m good to go. It’s funny I find that most tops don’t seem to mind pausing for a quick cleanup as long as it’s clear that I’ve already done my due diligence and cleaned out properly which is totally evident upon initial entry. 
 

I’ve found that if it’s just a little remnant you can usually smell it before anything happens - some of these super hung tops can pull it down from waaaay inside so sometimes it’s unavoidable but with proper preparation it should be minimal. I've written about this elsewhere but frankly if you are fucking ass it is bound to happen. I've found that it happens more often with other married guys I am fucking where time doesn't usually permit a thorough douching.
