RFK Jr. must be stopped

RFK Jr. is Trump's Health and Human Service's nominee and be is dangerous. He's made a lot of money off the anti-vaccine movement which has killed many people. A notable example was his anti-vaccine advocacy killing over 80 people in American Samoa.

Don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise. He is 100% anti-vaccine. Imagine being piggy without an HPV or m-pox vaccine. Not to mention how he could affect other diseases like Covid-19, measles, polio, etc. And his anti-vaccine views are the tip of the iceberg. This guy's a total disaster.

Call your Senators urging them to vote against RFK Jr.

For those who are interested, his cousin Caroline Kennedy (who was US Ambassador to Japan under President Obama and to Australia under President Biden, and who is the only surviving child of President John F. Kennedy) wrote a letter to the members of the US Senate regarding her cousin's nomination to be DHHS secretary.

Among a few choice bits:

She is not surprised that he keeps birds of prey as pets, because he, like his birds, is a predator; he used to drop mice and baby chickens into a blender when they were teens to feed his birds;

Growing up, his basement room was "the" place where all of his siblings and cousins could score drugs (several of whom died of overdoses);

He's gotten rich off his crusade against vaccination, and he intends to continue being a plaintiff in a lawsuit challenging a vaccine (ie if he wins, he makes money) even if he's confirmed as DHHS Secretary;

Even though he's a crusader against vaccines, all his own kids were vaccinated.

Several Republican senators seem uneasy about voting to confirm him, and not just on what passes for the moderate wing of the party. Hard-right members are being pushed by outside forces claiming Jr. is still essentially a Democrat and will betray Trump. Infighting is wonderful.

Hopefully RFK Jr can make it through the nomination process to clean out the conformist-and-Fauci-corruption-driven system to find real solutions for chronic health issues rather than just another round of fraudulent boondoggles. One can hope.

Hear hear, I had the thrombosis from hell one week after my first jab and still suffering (it happened in May '21 and I had an operation related to the consequences on my foot last month) I do hope RFK Jr will be confirmed and all the corruption will be revealed.

How people can be so misguided is beyond me.

Which world does Robert Jr live in. Assuming he grew up in the US and was educated there and not in some Soviet republic isolated from the rest of the world, a brief reading of the medical history of his country would impress on him the importance of vaccines. For e.g., in the US, children and even President Franklin Roosevelt struggled for life and death with the Polio virus and until a vaccine was invented and polio was eradicated in 1979 made life of ordinary mortals including Presidents a living hell! Antibiotics and Vaccines revolutionized human medicine systems, and greatly increased our life span and protection against diseases. 

 

He is really strange; Appearing semi nude on Instagram for his wife's and daughter's beauty line. Clearly he likes to sell stuff and is not a very good republican role model.

Unfortunately, that is one of the sickest aspect of the the medical and health/pharmaceutical industry. There is money to be made by making people sick or killing them.

Many years ago I became very ill (ER visit) after eating a bag of peanuts. Peanut 🥜 allergy??? I have been a peanut pig ever since. It is very difficult to make categorically cause & effect diagnosis just because something happened at the same time as some other occurrence. 

The exponential rise in the death toll with out the vaccine or the worldwide uptake of Trumpist witches brews is unthinkable & no amount of anti-vaxxer SHIT STIRRING will provide an alternate outcome than the POSITIVE of vaccines.

you know, I have heard that a good way to cure diabetes is to take some nettle leaves, wave it in front of one's stomach and recite some incantations in Latin.  I am so sure that it makes so much more sense than surveying one's diet, cutting down on sugar, and engaging in moderate  exercise and sexercise.....maybe I should market this as the next surefire cure....already a proven way of avoiding Covid-19 is to wear an N-19 mask but SOMEHOW that impinges on one's freedoms - how? There were exigent circumstances in 2020 -2021 that required that the rollout of vaccines for pandemic happen rather quickly---but believe me, for many years, pharmaceutical companies have been developing vaccine trials along the way. In 2010,  I took part in a trial for a HIV vaccine where my blood was removed from me, run through a centrifuge, and then returned to my body through the veins in my other arm.  1% of 1% of my white blood cells were removed (I forgot the exact percentage), cultured and spliced with the HIV protein coat and then reintroduced through subcutaneous injections into the ganglions in my underarms.  The trial wasn't a success, because during the trial we had to stop taking triple therapy to measure its success. Many of the participants had their viral load rebound within 24 hours, and the trial was stopped. However, if I am not mistaken, this was the method that was used for the Covid-19  vaccines, Instead of my own white blood cells, it's a deactivated common cold viral cell. I don't pretend that I am an immunologist, but it's the people who least understand the science that are the loudest in condemning it.

The two health issues, contaminants in the food chain and vaccines are not mutually exclusive, but can be worked on together to ensure better health outcomes. Reducing the number of contaminants (chemicals, micro plastic etc) in the food suppy chain and using vaccines for diseases that already exist  will keep us at our healthy best. 

I am unsure of the real cause of Polio, and if chemicals where the real cause. I am willing to concede that human interventions aka agricultural chemicals are likely to have influenced/accelerated  the growth and development of the polio virus—co-relation rather than causation. However, unfortunately, that is history and we cannot put the genie back into the bottle.

We have to work with what we have; vaccinees for existing conditions and elimination of contaminants seem like the most reasonable and prudent approach to take.

I love your response brnbk 🙂 I never mind corrections or additions and generally think the best knowledge base is cumulative. I think a lot of our knowledge base has been corrupted by the profit motive. One of the hardest things to do is to unwind the knowledge base implanted to you as a kid. I agree you that there may be many factors to consider. My only request to all here is to think about WHY you think what you do. How much are you just repeating what you heard and how much are you examining evidence? Who benefited by convincing you to espouse a view? How much have you considered the compensation of your sources. If we can have that exchange I’m def up for it.

Polio is caused by a virus, and certainly not by agricultural chemicals. We can be certain of the latter because polio was around before agricultural chemicals were invented. Please don't post absurd theories like that (you know who you are); they're against the rules (false statements/conspiracy theories) and I'll have to whack you with the ugly stick.

While verifying my facts for this post, I discovered something I didn't know: polio epidemics weren't a thing until modern germ theory and the concomitant rise of sanitation happened. Check out the Wikipedia entry under "Epidemiology" if you're curious.
