Hey guys, I'm a total cocksucker as well as a total bb btm, and I go to saunas/bathhouses a lot to do both. 

I've discovered a specific thing that can help with throat health after a sauna visit... [Edit: this is far from medical advice just something I have discovered that works for me!]

Thing is, if you're sucking cock at a sauna, especially if you deep throat* or you do ass-to-mouth, you can't ever be sure where that cock's been, if it's been in undouched asses before sliding down your throat, and so on. I used to get throat infections so often (not STIs but the ick strep infections or tonsilitis that'd have me sick for days) and on antibios so often that the docs started talking about having a tonsilectomy. Just from sucking cock at saunas**

Anyway the tip I have found is this: go for it, suck cock, deep throat, go wild. When you get home, gargle your throat with mouthwash, and gargle deep - relax your gag reflex to gargle it deep into your throat as well. It's weird at first, because it can foam or burn slightly (dilute with water if so), but you get used to it.

I do this now when I get home from a sauna/bathhouse visit, and the morning after. Sometimes that evening too, but never more than three times (because of the slight burning can scratch your throat and damage it in a different way). I've been doing this for months now, and no more strep infections! 😄

Try it guys, see if it works for you. As I say, it's a bit weird at first, but better than strep. 

 

* I'm pretty good at deep throating like 85% of the time, but I still have a bit to learn about fully relaxing my gag reflex. Most of the time you can skullfuck/throatfuck me and I'm good. 

** I mean I obviously didn't tell my doctor that, but I knew why.

A little update to this post. I've been using this mouthwash method post-sauna-visit for months now, and it's worked every time. However, this past Sunday I decided to get experimental at Basement sauna in Manchester. Post link below for details, but it included ass to mouth, taking an upside-down-lying-prone throat fuck, and felching cum out of another bottom's ass (twice). Yesterday I realised I was getting a strep infection in my throat, for the first time in a while. Probably from the cummy rimming, but perhaps from the throat fuck.

Anyway I followed the mouthwash protocol above as I always did but I still have a strep throat infection now. Luckily, I've managed to get antibiotics from the docs this morning, because my medical records are covered with events like this. So when i come in reporting yet again, they tend to trust that I know what's happening with my own body. Also, yay, free healthcare! 😄

So, the update is: the mouthwash thing works if you're just sucking cock in saunas. It probably won't cover you for rimming, ass to mouth or felching if, like me, your throat is actually a delicate sensitive little flower! 🤣🤣🤣

Not Recommended!! Hydrogen peroxide (I assume he got it from hair dye) has the potential to be extremely poisonous!

I too have gotten strep from sex but I assumed it was from the deep kissing I love.  Mouthwash gargling is great advice.  Also, for those not on DoxyPreP, just taking the Doxicycline (2 200 mg pills) after sex might stop strep too.

Most bathhouses and sex clubs provide mouthwash dispensers. They supply the cheap mouthwash which is just strong minty water and not antiseptic. I would still carry my own.
