Hi all- new here. Is there a way to be able to post more photos? I currently am unable to make more posts with photos because just one photo apparently used up my attachment limit. Can you increase your limit by posting more frequently and being a super active member or maybe by paying for some kind of membership or something or is there no way to change it?

Moderator's Note: It is my impression that the limitation on photos is built into the software that runs the forum. If I am mistaken, the admin will correct it in a post.

If you want me to delete your photo, so you can post other photos, I can do that. Just report your post.

The best workaround is to create and album. You can link to that in a post.

Thanks for the info!

I'd like to ask a quick question...I've searched the tips, tricks etc. But, I can't find if we are permitted to post videos? Directions on how to, if allowed. Private message, if you like. Thanks

@COX2 - there's a limit on the total size of all the attachments on your forum posts. The way around this is to post your image in a Gallery, and then attach it to the post. This can be tricky; you can find more info here:

So here's the problem. Every camera now takes huge photos all the time. What that means in practice is that you can make the JPG files they take smaller without compromising the image (you can't make a JPG file BIGGER though).

Yes, Taking DeepAnal is right. You need to resize them. Don't know what computer you use, but in general what you want to do in order to be able to post them here (where the limits are quite low) is try resizing to 25% of the original size and if that doesn't work, try moving down 5% until you get a size that fits.

If you google the platform you have you can find instructions on how to do this. There are plenty of apps you can download for free if you need one.
