Well Boys, got a question 'a dude,'here on this site, came home from playing beach volleyball the other day and had a bit of an itch! I, I mean 'he', thought it was sand in the crevice of his swim trunks and thighs....nope this 'bro' has jock itch! If it’s jock itch, you just need to get an antifungal cream. I found Clotrimazole Antifungal Cream 1% USP works well….clears up pretty fast. I buy mine on Amazon.

A little Lotrimin will clear it up in a couple of weeks.

Not even a few weeks. I've found the sprays to work better than the creams, unless you get a prescription cream, the one my podiatrist gave me is called Ciclopirox. That clears this stuff up in a day or two. Jock itch and athlete's foot are the same thing just in different places. These creams also work on ringworm (which isn't a worm at all, it's a rash).

You can come over and jerk off on me. I'll even swallow.

Some of us could appear on your doorstep to offer our services in a house call... Hell, fake doctors doing fake exams are easy to find on the porn sites. No reason we couldn't do the same thing and do the exam far better. You'd certainly know that you had been examined.
