What did you learn at Bathhouses?

what i learned is that there is nothing unique about the experience. 

its your freshman year in the dorm.

its being a 2nd year transfer student in an established class. 

its your first day at a full time job. 

its your first ever trip to a gay bar. 

it takes days just to process that what happened was so wildly different than what you thought would happen. that's neither good nor bad just unexpected.

That there's absolutely no substitue for face-to-face attraction.  The times I've played with someone at a bathhouse/sauna/cruise bar with a guy I'd have just passed by on an app is more than I care to think about.

I love going to bath houses and sex on premises venues. I live in an apartment building that is directly behind a bath house and three other bath houses are just a few minutes walk on Oxford Street and it's way too easy to frequent them moments notice or when the clubs let out in the early morning hours. After I tested poz, my bath house experiences became a lot easier to meet other like minded poz guys to play with.

The one main thing I’ve learned from frequenting bath houses is that you are 100% in control of yourself and for your own sanity, DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING. If something amazing happens, take it as a big win. There have been several times when I’ve looped the mazes and the dark rooms and not received  a single hint to fuck or get fucked and I secretly get FOMO and pissed off because I can hear the vocal fucks as I pass by the cabins.

On the flip side, I’ve walked into a bath house, put my belongings in a locker, ventured into a sling in a sling room and gathered a decent crowd of guys to fuck me till I pissed all over my stomach and chest…those moments when you’re having such good fucking, that when you recall the experience, you realize that never walked around to explore the venue.

Separate your fantasies from reality. Sometimes the fantasies come true, sometimes reality bites. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING at a bath house or sex venue.
