I agree with the fact we shouldn't care; at least theoretically, I personally don't give a damn about what religious leaders think of world citizens' sexuality. This said, even Francis apparently seemed open-minded but he wanted to attract more folks into the church. His words towards homosexuality and trans, he welcomed us but always as sinners! Always people judged by the divinity. And this is a trap! The real progress would be if religion completely STOPS to create rules on human sexuality. The main problem however, is that politicians all over the world lick the church's boots, so, they create laws influenced by their thinking. The consequence is they don't have any authority on our singular actions but in the end all of this involves all of us. I'm sorry, I might offend someone now but I resigned: hoping that religions stop ruling sexuality and moralizing the masses, seems like someone struggling to teach shit not to stink. Did I give the idea? To avoid misunderstandings: I am not rudely talking about people's faith. I have nothing against someone believing in Christ, then God, then Allah or whatever they want. I am against religious institutions. Against men self-defining the voice of divinities. Those folks are ambitious and want power! So, by definition, what's the more effective way to keep the power for themselves? Control everyone "under" them. That's why it's IMPOSSIBLE to hope that religion changes its mindset!

Main concept is: HIV positive folks are not, and cannot be, responsible for other people's health. Yes we can protect others by taking meds. This is one. But if someone really cares for their negative status, they can get all methods to prevent it to change. Not accepting bareback and/or getting on Prep. In an ideal world, discussing status with stranger would not be a problem. But in this world, homophobia and serophobia are still dominant. So we can't take it lightly. -

While with my ex (we were open couple) I didn't. They were my ex's friends and I wanted to avoid discussions. Now? Undetectable untransmittable, I have embraced it all; I'm planning to open the couple with my current partner but the condition is, I want to be upfront. Rejection? If it is going to happen, fuck it. I feel I have nothing more to lose. I'm turning the fuck 50 years old, this summer will be the upgrade I think. I'm experienced and adult enough, everyone around me knows my status, I think I have nothing to fear about. -
Celebrated my 12th poz birthday with me stopping meds... No. I'm kidding. I didn't stop for real. It was just me sleeping deep and temporarily skipping a dose. Just took it 3 hours later. My guy's fault, he drained me!

IMHO we should stop judging and labeling ourselves when it concerns sexuality. Everyone of us should behave as they feel, without chasing (pun NOT intended!) social expectations. Like the one "gays are not made for romance" or the opposite "love is love" or, that if you have a kink, you must necessarily search for others. My thought is simple: experimentation is the key of human evolution; without curiosity and experimenting, we would never have discovered anything, starting from fire. But after this, it's not mandatory to be hypersexual, or to always search for new experiences. You can be extra-kinky even being monogamous, or you can be super-vanilla with no regular sex partners always assuming that those labels make really sense. -
I honestly have many, many doubts on his loyalty towards our community. First of all, we always are considered sinners. So, reasoning from the religious point of view, there is a welcoming behaviour on Earth, which is needed to guide you through the inevitable hell. Like someone caressing your head and saying "poor unlucky puppy!" Simply fuck off! Unlike previous church's communication, this Francis has been very, very good in talking. Like placing the right dose of sugar, around a very bitter pill. His goal was to bring more people close to the church and he might have managed to do it. Anyways, being a rationalist, I never trust what a religious leader says regarding matters which are obstacled by religion. Because religions will NEVER accept sex freedom. Having people sexually free around them, makes religion's power become useless, needless. And religion is basically CONTROL. So let me say: the pope? He died? Cemeteries are full of unreplaceable people. Do I hate him? No, not him in particular. I hate church ideology. In general. But let me say, I 100 percent respect his discussions about peace.

IMHO some people are sexually repressed and find excuses. Ass to mouth is one part of sex but it has not to be considered mandatory. Consent. Despite my deep intimacy with my guy, we never do it if we are not properly clean inside.

Depends on our mood. For my guy and I, it's an intimacy demonstration. It's part of our afterplay, yes, but we don't do it so frequently because my guy often suffers of micro-lesions in his mouth, anus is the residence of fecal microbes and even being super-clean, it can become an avoidable risk. But in some occasions we do it! And now I am laughing, thinking of an ex I had, who refused to suck after anal sex, for... religious matters. Always respected others' belief but always laughed when they assume the divinity cares about what we do in our rooms.
