Weight Gain on daily Descovy as PrEP

I was on Truvada for about 5 weeks when I first tried it and had a number of side effects, one of them was weight gain. I gained 11 pounds in those 5 weeks even though I was felt nauseous for about 5 hours after taking the pill. Because of the side effects, my doctor switched me to Descovy. I gained 4 pounds in the 2 weeks I was on Descovy. I stopped taking PrEP and within a month the weight all came off. I didn't changed anything else--not my exercise routine, diet, supplements nor anything else. I think weight gain is one of the side effects of those medications. -
I hate to burst anyone's bubble but I'd guess that's an AI produced image and not a real person. -

I chatted with a guy online a few times over the course of a few weeks and we decided to meet. I gave him my address and invited him over. About 20 minutes later, he showed up. He looked nothing like his online photo but I figured I would still invite him in since we had chatted a number of times online and because he made the effort to come over. As he came in I asked him if he had any trouble finding my place (this was before Google maps existed and MapQuest was in it's infancy). He replied "No" with no follow up conversation. I then asked if he wanted something to drink (like a glass of water) and he said, "Give me a Jack Daniels and Coke." I said, "Umm, ok," and showed him to the living room while I went to fix him a drink. Within a few seconds of leaving the room, he said, "You know, this isn't going to work for me because you're too good-looking." I kind of laughed because I thought he was joking but I came back to the room with his drink he was already gone.

Don't take it personally. Some guys like smooth, some guys like hairy but no one has the right to tell you what to do with your body hair. I'd reply, "If you don't like my body hair then don't contact me. There are plenty of guys who like it just as it is."

I've never been able to upload a profile picture because I get the message that the file size is too large. I've tried reducing the file size but then the picture becomes a small blob.

Just wondering, what prompted you to start on meds? I know you said it was your doctor's advice but why did he advise you to start meds; were you having HIV-related health issues?

Lots of great advice and ideas. Thanks for posting this. I'm new at all of this so I've never done a group thing or attended a cum dump session but I want to experience them. I'd like to start with a group event but I'm not sure how I can get invited to group events since no one i know does anything like that.
