    I would wager that if a group of gay men & lesbians arrived in the ILLEGALLY OCCUPIED Palestinian lands & planned to build their own community, they would be DRIVEN OUT before they had laid a few bricks.     Even if you are trying to raise T levels, using natural products, you STILL NEED to do so with your GP's input. As you don't list any other medications being used (natural or manufactured) there is always a REALLY BIG CHANCE of negative drug interactions. It may just be an itchy rash, upset stomach OR it may put you onto life support, facing permanent brain damage or death. Doing anything without professional or experienced input is simply NOT WORTH risking your life.

    Unfortunately, I speak with many LGB friends & they all have one common viewpoint. Ever since the worldwide rise of radical & often violent activities of trans (male to woman) protests, they have experienced a significant rise in verbal / physical abuse towards LGB individuals & communities. I am not Transphobic but, I will not be forced to accept membership of ANY group which uses violence (verbal / physical), sexism & intimidation to make their point of view.

    There is a multitude of issues that can cause low Testosterone. Whether HIV causes it, or not, the doctor needs to find out why it is low. I had rectal CA in 2002, treated with surgery, chemo & Radiation 😥😢. Radiotherapy CAUSED low T. It also shrivelled my best friends (hence being a total bottom), destroyed my bone production (left & right total hip & right shoulder replacements), both knees & left shoulder to come. Thank GOD for our National Health Care. Low T will also have a negative effect on multiple systems that help in our daily / quality of life. I lost ALL body hair (a total freak out) 😱😭, & with no seedlings OR hair, depression went into negative😫😤😡 numbers. I was only 39yrs old. Doctor prescribed a gel T replacement - Testagel 12.5mg in 1.25mg of gel. Applied to abdominal or thighs. This worked wonders. Certainly better than needles stuck in my arse (LoL😖🍆). My body hair has returned & my Osteoporosis (caused by radiation therapy) is no longer an issue. From 2002 to 2024 my sex life was ZERO 😱😭 & it is only now, 2024, that any desire has returned. Discuss with your doctor & any tests will show your T (NO, NOT Tina 🙄🤣) levels & replacement therapy as required. PLEASE, DO NOT go messing around with any "Granny" treatments. Your life is to valuable. I am in Australia 🇦🇺, so names or generic products may vary by country.

    NB: Sodi Bicarbonate mixed with, BOILED WATER (reduces risk of water born "bugs") is good for washing down site, after cleaning. This helps the stoma pad adhere to the skin more effectively. It is also a great relief from any itching that may occur particularly in warm weather. I used it when I needed an access for nutritional feeds. My thoughts are with you 😘😘😘.

    Reparations??? My family had titles, the mansion land & very little money. WHY 🤔???, because they looked after their tenant farmers & household staff. Estate records show above average wages were paid & agri produce monies were paid at very much higher levels that allowed farmers to raise their families in comfortable standards. Come the troubles & Irish calls for independence my family were burnt out of their house & fled with only the clothes on their backs. Several lost their lives, some children also. They had been in Ireland for generations but none of this mattered. They fled to England & with the prejudices towards Irish at the time, they worked until enough money was earned which allowed them to head to Australia. They were never assisted by reparations or special welfare allowances that are today so pivotal to ongoing social welfare & their failure to thrive in even their own communities. Why does nobody acknowledge that I / we have relevant claims for reparations from the Irish government. We have never made claims because we have always believed that "the past, is just that, the past". The family immigrated to Victoria & made new lives for themselves & their children. My past family members had a proud heritage of national pride & service, loyalty & hard work without causing others to live hard lives. Of this I am also extremely proud & like it or not, I have no cause to say sorry, to anyone. An apology for the suffering of my family would be nice but, I know that being "white" this will never occur.

    Not hard if you are honest with your partner. If you are honest, your partner is their if you fall ill, there to comfort when drug side effects occur, there to enjoy sex & you don't have to hide bucket loads of meds. Not being up front is also an immensely stressful thing to have to deal with. Things like insurance are also very problematic. If you lie, the truth will come out & potentially leave your partner in a difficult financial situation. By disclosing status to insurers make life so much easier. Premiums may be higher but payouts will be guaranteed & paid without issue. These, of course are Australian conditions & will vary between countries but, advice is gained from personal experience after an HIV diagnosis.
