    Yes it's a great site. I have ordered some DVDs there since it's streaming only, which I think sucks. And my comments were not rude, they just were not praising their work. But I am a customer of theirs and have often bought their scenes (mostly used the download-to-own option), which means I mostly like their work. However, I'm not a big fan of their recent work and have posted this on their website, so I don't know why they are not grateful for honest customer feedback.

But most studios cannot take any customer feedback. They simply delete the negative feedback (TIM did that several times with my comments) instead of taking them as suggestions, which is what they were supposed to be.
