I think his doctor is concerned at this point of any new mutations of the virus being introduced or of any other std's further weakening the immune system. He has been battling this so long that I don't blame him for following the doctor's instructions as least for a while.

Good luck...how often do you go in for checks? I get it....don't want to be in the hospital. You can't fuck/get fucked in there, outside of a fictional kinky hot story anyway. This is best until you get under control. You need to be well for your brother among others. After...fuck like there's no tomorrow!
