In a week my baby brother will arrive in NYC for school. It will be a lot of fun or a giant nightmare.

The main problem will be walking the line between caring older brother, and him possibly looking at you as an overbaring parent figure.
If you haven't already, sit down with him and tell him the facts of life about living with you and living in the big city. Lead by your example and tell him some of your negative--and possibly scary--experiences.
