      I’d say choose T or HIV. Both are harmful but together the damage is exponential.

      I never did T and have been poz a long time and doing great. 

      I have seen plenty of others choose the T without HIV and it led to much pain and suffering. 

      So my advice to him and you would be of the two choose HIV
