Through my PrEP program by my provider, the requirement to begin was a complete panel of all STDs, including all the Heps, and an HIV test that were all negative. The only requirement is the every 90 day HIV test with STD testing offered at that time but optional. I’ve known several guys that have had some of the Hep screens come back equivocal or indeterminate and their PCPs added on the round of Hep AB vaccine. To put it plainly, it’s up to you to have STD testing done. You know your “proclivities” better than anyone else.

I definitely recommend looking for another doctor. If there are organizations in your area that offer resources for gay men, try seeing if they can offer referrals. I lucked out when one of the docs I was seeing for another health issue brought up my status when I was 18 and I hadn’t been tested. He gave me a name of doc and I contacted him. The doc was gay and specialized in treating those with HIV. He was great and I was sad when he retired. But before he left, he gave recommendations and I’ve had gay primary care docs ever since with no judgements ever from them. It’s been “ok… gotcha… then this is what we can do.” -

@BootmanLA It may very well be that. I sometimes have issues accessing the site on my home WiFi due to the long response rate from BZ and I usually turn it off and then go cellular. I’m then am able to access. I’ll then turn WiFi back on and am able to browse. I was having that issue and did just that. I was then redirected the next time I was on my home WiFi until I cleared the data from Safari.

That was it. Though, I’m not in of those states so not sure why I would encounter it. I’m about 500 miles from the closest state on the list so it wasn’t a piggyback IP thing either. Once I cleared the history and website data was from Safari , I was no longer being redirected. I guess I may have picked up a cookie that caused me to show from a restricted state or I couldn’t be located so it defaulted to a restricted one. Was wondering if this happened to anyone else. I just tried to access the site thru Safari on my iPhone. I was kept getting redirected to maleprime dot com. I even tried to do it via a private tab but it did it again. I ended up clearing all data on Safari and it no longer was redirecting. I didn’t access any sites between the last time I accessed this site and this time.
