There are legitimate reasons for guys not taking PREP. As has been mentioned above, kidney and liver problems can develop. Also, there can bee bone issues. In addition, Truvada and Descovy can block or amplify the dosages of some medications. For example, some seizure meds are made almost enactive.

What I’m getting from the responses so far is, many guys in darkrooms prefer images from past experiences to enhance sex in the dark. So, in essence, you are still visually oriented when it comes to sex, whether you see it that way or not. I know how a male body feels, but have never “seen” one. I’ve got a question for all of you sighted guys. I’ve always read that men are visual when it comes to sex. And, gay guys are even more visual. I don't really remember how I discovered that playing with my hole could feel good. I know that it most likely happened somewhere between the ages of 8-10. I started with my fingers. I hesitated to get involved in this topic, because I wasn't sure if I could put into words my thoughts. Is the gay community more racist, or is it more discriminatory? The blind community can be just as racist and discriminatory as any other group or subgroup. Racists are everywhere. We should try to change the actions and thoughts within our own communities, before we attempt to force others to change their actions and thoughts towards us.
