So my BPH has had a different affect on me. I find I'm WAY more passively horny than ever. I have typically been in the active role in the past, but now I just want to get fucked! I just want that prostate pounded! Orgasms are also kind of weird since the Urolift surgery - I get a sharp pain at orgasm on the right side of my abdomen (almost where the appendix should be). I probably should mention that to the urologist.

I just had the Urolift too. My urologist told me, aside from removing the prostate entirely, all the other procedures also need to be redone in 5 to 10 years. -

Having recently gotten over a UTI requiring a catheter , I cannot imagine why anyone would voluntarily stick something in their eurethra. The pain of the catheter going in and coming back out is not something I ever want to experience again.
