You’re talking about JFF/OF style “amateur” porn. XTube was more about sharing a glimpse of hot times with like minded people. In that sense bad lighting/camera angles/shaky cam or even people intentionally showing off never bothered me as long as the essence of the moment was there. For me what a lot of studio porn lacks is verbals especially in BB stuff. It has moments but can get repetitive and I get the feeling they’re some times told to hold back, things are purposefully cut, or that they should stay away from certain topics, etc. I would have expected that early BB porn when fucking raw was still a fantasy/t@boo for many people to really drive home the type of sex they were marketing. Guys that talk a big game but fail to deliver… You post like something was this epic nasty session and your vid is a couple of pumps and a few seconds of heavy breathing or grunts. Attention seekers who repost the same content or pic over and over again. People who repost content and pretend it’s theirs. Usually the most boring content who an over the top fictional description. Over the top Dom/Fem content. Can be hot but gets a bit boring when every vid follows exactly the same format. Cumdumps who suddenly decide to become tops. RawfuckerXXX was once a decent verbal no load refused bottom who now is almost exclusively top. Huge turn off. -
XTube didn’t become a ‘pay’ site they just started offering members the option to have paid content. Some guys like DTF got greedy and stopped offering their content for free. XTube might have also strongly encouraged guys with high view counts to make the switch as well because they took a cut of the earnings. Also biguz.net is decent for archived XTube content although the selection is some times limited.

How over saturated the industry has gotten. It seems everyone and their dog seems to think they’re worthy of getting paid and no one just wants to be a pig. Sites that keep everything behind a pay wall or offer extremely limited previews of what you’re getting in to before you sub. OF is the worst for this. Creators that are borderline of not completely scamming their subscribers. Should have to sub just to have to pay again to see the good stuff. The lack of ability to search and filter content. The search capabilities on some sites is pretty much useless. Sometimes it’s due to everyone using the same tired keywords and others it’s due to the algorithm serving up content it thinks you want instead of the actual content you want. -
I think the current JFF/OF bubble is going to burst if it hasn’t already started. Subbing for multiple creators is a costly venture and it’s harder for smaller creators to combat piracy. The market is already flooded with creators trying to cash in. Eventually the markets going to become too saturated to support the current model. Also the number of creators who are borderline if not outright scamming subscribers is also going to sour things.

Old school TIM was hot because it was just piggy sex… Never really cared what the guys looks like as long as the sex was hot. Studio porn isn’t going anywhere. It’s just going to continue to be the same uninspired content that it is today. All the major studios are in the hands of conglomerates who’s various business models have several revenue streams.

I mean I’m in no way attracted to him but I do find some of what he does kind of hot. I agree it can get a bit OTT and a bit too raunchy for my tastes. That said he’s the best example I could think of in terms of a performer that actively uses raw/bareback verbals. Old school TIM did occasionally but it was like one or two times in an hour plus movie.
