I suggest using your toothbrush to help desensitize your gag reflex. After brushing your teeth, brush your tongue - especially at the back of your throat to trigger the gag reflex. I am a sugaring enthusiast! To answer your questions: I switched from waxing to sugaring by pure chance as that was the service my new salon offered.
