But they used the gas taxes on other stuff other than highway infrastructure and used on who knows what? Cars aren't going to be able to drive roads that falling apart. Capitalism helped build the roads. The others keep letting them rot. Hard to do the math. Pushing for all the electric autos is tanking automakers. Read about Ford and how much they lost. The current batteries on the market can't hold up to the lack of infrastructure across the USA. As good as it sounds on TV or phone news. They have been giving more attention and our tax money to other countries than us. Or taxes are for USA infrastructure and so many other things. Giving it away isn't ethical! I will have to defect from the left. Someone mentioned I should watch both sides of the news, then think way outside of the box about what each wants, how they changed over the years, and how one blames the other to be their scapegoats. The news isn't always correct, I noticed a lot of new stations on the left talked about what a few people said, and then I watched it on the other side in the video. Not what the L side said. Why lie? It's not right to blame one's emotions on someone else. We are all human, when are we going to start acting like them again? Ever been to a K9 kennel full of K9's? I've never trusted the news media as what comes out of their mouths isn't always true. Like the weather person telling the weather and it never happens the way they said it would. Too much reprogramming going on. Turning people against others through politics. Humans are better than that. Taxpayers have to follow the laws but criminals don't. In CA, OR, NY, and WA crime is legal. Not seeing the full picture is what hurts the world today. Jumping into a nice expensive car, we only see the cool facade, not what's behind it, or learning how it's made. The same goes for everything in life on earth.

With the high crime and with the DA & Gov letting people out of jail and prisons, CA is like many other states doing the same. So many of us have fled those cities & states. Crime drives down the cost of land. Easier for land grabbing at a much lower cost. As nice as it is to make drugs legal, it's also not helping the crime and many big companies have gotten tired of losing billions so they have moved out. Some news media don't show how bad the crime is. Most only see one side to things and think it's the correct way. What if it's not? What if both sides are whacked and they are just playing each other against each other for their entertainment?

Watching Congress on YouTube shows a lot more than both sides of the news.
