I think situations like this, you have to tell the top that you have another load in you. For some tops it's a territorial thing; they do not want to fuck a load that's already been marked by someone else; and for other tops it is about hygiene. I can not blame the guy for being annoyed about it and probably would have appreciated a heads up. I myself have been turned down b/c I already had a load in me but in these cases, I told the top I had been fucked and looking for another load.
