toxiclover Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 (edited) BB Gay Porn Star Kicked Out of High School http://fuckworker.blogspot.com/2014/01/bb-gay-porn-star-kicked-out-of-high.html I came across an article which describes an 18yo high school boy, Robert Marucci, who was kicked out of school after his performance in adult films became common knowledge among the students. This young stud has performed, under the name Noel, with Sean Cody in some bareback films. Amazing. This boy is hot and his story only makes him more attractive. I would love a chance to drop my load inside him. His mother 100% supports him in his bareback porn career. Only in Florida! Edited January 22, 2014 by rawTOP 1
Guest Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 It is unfair. What he does after school should not be the concern of the school. Why should the school put limits on how he earns money, as long as it is legal? Moreover, he did not promoted his movies within the school. Other students did.
bearbandit Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 It's ridiculous. He's legally an adult: just co-incidence that high school education continues into adulthood as far as I can see. It's none of the school's business what else he does as long as it's legal. If he was selling coke to the juniors they'd have a case, but this... <spit - and not in a good way>
fillmyholeftl Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 The local news here in Florida hasn't mentioned that it was BAREBACK PORN. Damn, he' a hot young bottom ! http://www.myvidster.com/video/17849251/SeanCody_Joshua_Noel_Bareback
wood Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 devils advocate: It also may have been for the kids safety that he was initially kicked out. If you read on it does say that he was allowed back in, which i was 99% sure would happen if it was a public HS. While I don't agree with kicking him out, I can see how it could easily be a major disruption to the school. IMO, I bet the school suspended him to allow for a cooling off period in the school.
fillmyholeftl Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 I just love that the mother is so supportive of her son's career... He's quoted saying he is doing it to take him & his mom to a higher economic level. This is one news story that makes me proud of living in Florida
Guest Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 I would accept the "major disruption" argument in the context of an employer-employee relationship, but in this case the guy is the customer. or user of a public service. It is not the role of the provider to discriminate based on how the user earns his or her salary. Maybe the board decided to suspend the guy to allow some cooling off period. However they should consulted with the guy in advanced to prevent the (public) perception that this is some sort punishment. Now the board had to retract from its original decision and do damage control. It gives the impression that the HS board reacted from a moral/emotional point of view (not only porn, but gay porn! what I am sure has played a role in their decision) rather than thinking strategically. On the other hand, it is good for him because he had public exposure on the media. If he knows how to use it he can secure some contracts.
Deaner Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 According to various news posts, the school's official reasoning was that the kid made a threatening statement involving weapons (which sounds like a load of bullshit). If I were a lawyer, I'd be JUMPING on this case and suing the crap out of the people responsible for the decision. It'd be sad if the result financially hurt the community, but I would be happy to see criminal charges placed against the administrators responsible. The suspension placed against the kid automatically disqualifies him from being able to graduate. In effect, the administrators who came up with the 10 day suspension have robbed a student of his right to an education and a diploma. That absolutely reeks of reckless endangerment.
PissPigBrooklyn Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 He is back in the school now. I believe he is suing. However, since he is allowed back in the school I don't know if he is going to proceed with the suit. Part of the problem is that filming porn is not really legal in Florida. It is usually considered the same as "prostitution" having sex for pay. I think both activities should be legal and I hope he wins his case.
fuckboy20 Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 Holy Shit I just saw this on the news! I don't know what part of Florida it's in but I was surprised as hell when I saw it was Sean Cody. My first reaction was the stupid fucking school is completely clueless. Kick a good looking kid out of school with nothing to fall back on but porn. You just made his day. I heard no mention of bareback porn..well but it is ABC local news. They really briefly talked about it. I heard nothing about violence just that the school called him a distraction. I thought it was pretty damn cool that almost the entire school and the kid's friends stuck up for him and even walked out to get him back in. And yes it was nice hearing he did it for his mom and his mom even supports him. I believe he should sue the school as well but again damn local ABC news said nothing about the suit or BB porn. They diddn't even know he was 18 they had to check with the producer. Also I've never heard anything about filming porn not being really legal in florida. I'll be damned there are tons of porn studios and porn done in various parts of south florida. Hell one I'll be near really soon but it's not bb I don't think. It's a lost cause if anyone ever tries to take legal action against porn in Florida. I hope that he does sue the school for being stupid and wins. I've heard something funny actually that in Lauderdale boys start out as masseur's, escorts, and than real estate. Being in Florida is really interesting.
Bttm2go Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 I think it's really cool that his mom and a lot of his classmates support him. We have come a long way. It would be nice if schools worried about teaching instead of personal stuff they have no business knowing about.
mike43 Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 the school is dumb I think he has a good law suit
btm4raw Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 ah how times are a changing. Yes he has a case and should pursue! I agree that the board acted initially from a place of morality. While hes an adult etc, there are many parents families who would want to "protect" their children from undue influence. I'm not saying they can in a public school. Lord knows mine failed and that was decades ago. LOL
nipplepigny1 Posted January 23, 2014 Report Posted January 23, 2014 gotta say he's a hot little guy. Would love to take a load from him.
seaguy Posted January 28, 2014 Report Posted January 28, 2014 He is back in the school now. I believe he is suing. Someone had said something about him being straight but I guess they removed it, cause I find no evidence of him being straight or stating that he is. He's to cute to end up being straight. I wish I was a high school boy again at his school I would totally try and hookup raw with him.
