Mike Dozer Is In Jail…

I'm surprised no one has mentioned it here yet, but Mike Dozer is in jail. Judge has slapped a $1 million bail on him, and as far as I know he hasn't managed to come up with the bail, so he's just sitting there in jail.

The rest of this gets a big ALLEGEDLY since the precise details are a little in the air, but apparently he hooked up with a 14 year old outside of Philadelphia. The kid had hit him up on the mobile app Jack'd. His lawyer says he thought the kid was legal and tried to break it off as soon as he knew the kid was underage, but the kid continued to pursue him. You do have to state that you're 18 to use Jack'd, so the kid was clearly deceptive. Complicating the whole situation is the fact that Mike is poz. And given his Condoms Are For Pussies t-shirt a few months ago I'm guessing he fucked the kid and blew a load in his ass (somehow I just can't see him getting fucked by a 14 year old - maybe they swapped loads, but I just can't see Mike as a pussy boy bottom for 14 year old). Anyway, the lawyer says he disclosed his status, but clearly the prosecutor (and others?) feel he didn't.

One funny point is that Mike's legal name is Christopher Steele. If he were more of a top he could have just used his legal name for porn - it's totally a porn name.

Personally, I think this is a perfect case of how age of consent laws are flawed. We need the laws to deter predators from preying on kids. What the age should be is an active question (that we've covered on another thread), but to me it just seems wrong to wreck someone's life if they didn't intend to break the law. We used to require intent in our criminal justice system. I think it's wrong that that principle is losing ground these days. IMHO, if the adult thought they were having sex with someone who was of age and no coercion is involved the adult should get a suspended sentence. If they do it again within X years, then you throw the book at them.

I heard about it, but wasn't sure @ the time if it was just Internet BS so I didn't say anything.

Since I don't know the details, I can't say whether he committed a crime or truly got tricked by someone who could have easily passed for 18+. If the latter is true and there is clear proof that the kid claimed to be 18 and could easily pass for 18, then he may get off depending on the prosecutor and/or jury. If he knew and fucked the kid anyway, then he is probably in deep shit.

I've been hit up online by people I got the feeling were under 18 and just ignored them. Whether or not I agree with the law, no piece of ass is worth jail time and a sex offender label. I have enough to worry about than a criminal record. If the law changes, then I'll consider whether or not I'd fuck someone younger.

I should mention that a couple years ago I had sex with a kid who claimed to be 18. I even quizzed him right before we fucked and he reiterated what he said on A4A - that he was 18. How the world has changed! Whenever I went cruising, I always told the guys I met that I was 14, 15, 16. Sometimes it was obvious because I was in my school uniform and carrying books. This is an interesting thread. I feel really bad for this guy "Mike." I had this happen to me yesterday as a matter of fact. Albeit, not with a 14 year old. Here's my experience.

I was leaving work yesterday when my phone went off. I had a message on Jack'd. I opened it up and there was a very good looking young athletic man claiming to be 22. He said he had a thing for older stockier white guys and wanted to have some fun. After some back and forth, as well as my asking over and over again if he was over 18. (He really looked like he could be 18 but as I get older, I see more and more guys looking younger when they are not. I guess I am just getting older.) Multiple times he told me to just relax and that yes he was in fact 22. He then sent me the address and so I went. He was less than a mile from my locale. I wouldn't say there's a huge change (also not many hormones in European beef and dairy products) from before. Just the normal variation you'll find everywhere in society. I know 15-year-olds that are totally immature. Also, it's not a physical thing alone. One can have the body of an adult, but without the corresponding mental attitude - reflected in one's demeanour, one will just look like an overgrown boy.

As to Dozer: I'd definitely fuck him.
